According to a new report, Dad's Army from the Work Foundation in Oxford, dads will have stayed at work - too scared to jeopardise their careers by taking time off.

Martha asks Charlie Lewis, Professor of Psychology at Lancaster University and Richard Reeves, from the Work Foundation, Oxford and author of the Dad's Army report whether companies really are discriminating against fathers.
